This project establishes the impact fees paid by developers in the City of Sparks for the growing east Truckee River Canyon area. It addresses funding of public works infrastructures for this impact fee service area. Key components include developing a Capital Improvements Plan for sewer, flood protection, security facilities and recreation parks, projecting expenditures, and establishing a methodology for allocating costs among various land development types.
