Bowling Mamola Group was retained by the City of Sparks to review and analyze the City’s planning, engineering, and building departments. Bowling Mamola determined what, if any, adjustments should be made to the fee structure. Evaluation criteria, for example, include comparing cities of similar demographics to assess the viability of recommended fee structure changes.
