Randy Bowling represented the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority in negotiations concerning infrastructure improvements, and property and financial issues. He also saw the project through construction with General Motors. Negotiating parties included the City of Reno, William and Moya Lear Trusts, and other industrial developers.
