Don spent over two decades as an officer with the Army Corps of Engineers, holding a variety of leadership and command positions. He has managed more than 1,000 employees and overseen budgets as large as $500 million.
 
A graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, with a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from Kansas State University, Don provides leadership in municipal organization and financial studies at Bowling Mamola.
