Randy Bowling was retained by the City of Sparks to ensure the city’s interests and concerns were addressed during the Nevada Department of Transportation’s (NDOT) construction project. Randy worked with City staff and NDOT construction engineers and contractors to resolve issues affecting Sparks. Randy regularly updated the City’s elected officials and senior staff.
